To date, the National Labor Relations Board has rendered 5 decisions finding that there is no question of representation concerning the status of the workers across the country and in Canada who disaffiliated from Unite Here in early March of 2009. The NLRB has further found that Workers United affiliates are the proper bargaining representatives, and that continuity remains with the local affiliate, not Unite Here.
