On July 1, 2009, Bruce Raynor, President of Workers United, SEIU, paid a special visit to the Philadelphia Joint Board, addressed Joint Board staffers and organizers at a Joint Board staff meeting, and later traveled to a number of shops across the city to address garment, hotel, and laundry workers.
